Developer: Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia
1. Agreement to Hold Harmless
By using the StorySheet application (“App”), you agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law,
to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia, its owner(s), affiliates,
and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
- Your use of the App
- Content you upload, create, edit, export, print, post, or share
- Photos, videos, captions, markup, text, or metadata included in a StorySheet
- Use of exported PDFs, images, videos, printed materials, emailed documents, or shared content
2. App-Related Disclaimer
StorySheet is a creative photo, short-video, organization, captioning, markup, and document/media creation tool.
Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia are not responsible for:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate captions, notes, or other user-entered information
- Image or video formatting, layout, export, printing, posting, or sharing errors
- Loss of image or video quality or metadata
- Incorrect or unauthorized use of content created through the App
- Any real-world, professional, personal, financial, or other decisions made based on content created in the App
All use of the App and any content created with it is at your own risk.
3. User Content and Communication
You acknowledge that:
- Content is user-generated and may not be verified
- Photos, videos, captions, notes, markup, and metadata may be inaccurate or incomplete
- You are responsible for obtaining any permissions necessary to use or share content involving other people or third-party rights
Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia are not liable for:
- Errors in StorySheets or exported media and documents
- Incorrect, outdated, or incomplete media details
- Disputes arising from content you choose to publish or share
4. Data and Technology Risks
You agree that Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia are not responsible for:
- Data loss or deletion, including temporary storage limits
- Loss of photos, videos, captions, markup, metadata, PDFs, or exported files
- App outages or downtime
- Device compatibility issues
- Network or service interruptions
5. Third-Party Services and Social Platforms
The App may use or interact with third-party services, including cloud storage, email, printing,
notifications, Apple platform services, and supported social-media or sharing services.
Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia are not responsible for:
- Failures, outages, changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party services
- Data handling practices or terms of third parties
- Email delivery, printer availability, cloud storage availability, or social-media publishing results
- Content after you choose to transfer, upload, or share it to a third-party service
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Michael Nicolaro and FinnsMedia shall not be liable for damages,
including but not limited to:
- Data loss
- Loss of photos, videos, or documents
- Printing, posting, sharing, or export issues
- Financial loss
- Business interruption
arising from use of the App.
7. Maximum Liability Cap
If liability is imposed, it shall be limited to the amount paid, if any,
by the user to access the App.
8. Acceptance of Risk
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
- You assume the risks associated with creating, storing, editing, exporting, printing, emailing, posting, or sharing StorySheets and related media
- You use the App voluntarily and at your own discretion
